I think that somewhere down the line, all the times I had to start over, strengthened me. Every time I moved, and I had to start in a new school, I got a fresh new start in life. The mistakes I had made in the past, was erased, so I could be the person I wanted to be.
Some might say that it isn’t possible to change who you really are, but I think that I have proved to myself that it really is possible.
The first school I went to was a bad experience to me. I had no real friends, and I was pretty lonely.
The second school I got a really bad start. The first day I was feeling sick, so my mood wasn’t the best. The rest of the 4 years I went there, I only had 2 friends, cause everybody thought I was really negative.
Then I moved again, and this time I was lucky. I had in mind what I experienced on the old school, so I decided that I wanted to be positive, no matter what. And it paid off. Quickly I got a lot of new great friends, and I even got my first boyfriend. I was 13 years old at that time.
The school I went to, was a very small school, and it only went to 7th grade, so we where transferred to a bigger school in a bigger town. The we where split into different classes. I was lucky, cause I got in a class, where my 2 best friends where.
The years in that school where okay, but I had one “enemy”. Well, not a real enemy… Actually there where a few times where I talked a lot with her, but most of the times we where mad at each others. Luckely she was the unpopular with the other classmates of the two of us. I was never lonely.
Then it was time for me to go to business college.
The first year was good. I talked a lot with 3 girls, but they weren’t really me friends.
Instead I had found myself 6 really good friends from the town I lived in. I still have 5 of them as my friends.
The second year in business school. There I met my best girl friend Janne. Actually we where in the same class the first year too, but we never talked to each other. The day today, we are still the best friends.
After business school, I moved to Aalborg, to attend technical college. There I met a guy, who became my boyfriend, and after that, be became my best friend. We where unseperable. But, our friendship went in the wrong direction. But we are still pretty good friends today.
I didn’t know anyone in Aalborg when I moved there, but though the internet, I found some really good friends.
13 years ago, I had no real friends, and I was very shy. But I developed myself, and today I have a bunsh of really good friends, and I am happy, and not afraid to meet new people.
